Check your website SSL certificate and AutoSSL
Fasting Host cPanel hosting includes Free SSL / AutoSSL for eligible domains. A domain must pass the certificate provider’s validation before its certificate can be issued.
Check the domain first
- Confirm the domain has been added to the correct cPanel account.
- Check that its DNS points to the hosting destination supplied for your service.
- Open the SSL/TLS Status interface in cPanel, or the status tab within SSL/TLS Certificates if your cPanel version uses the unified interface.
- Review each hostname’s status and any validation problem. Use the AutoSSL action shown for your account when available.
If a certificate remains pending or fails, inspect the reported DNS or validation issue rather than repeatedly changing unrelated settings. Include the affected hostname and the error text when contacting support.
After a certificate is active
Open the site over HTTPS. If the browser reports mixed content, check application URLs and embedded resources that still use HTTP. Never send a private certificate key in a ticket.
See the official cPanel certificate interface guide for version-specific screen details.
