Choose the service you intend to cancel

Sign in to your Fasting Host client area, open Services → My Services and select the hosting or VPS service. Check its name, paid billing period and related websites or applications before requesting a cancellation.

For an eligible active service, use Request Cancellation when it is available in the service actions. If that option is absent, or you need help with a domain or paid SSL service, open a support ticket. Include the service name and what you want to happen.

Immediate or end-of-billing-period requests

  • Immediate: the service can stop when the cancellation is processed. This does not promise an instant shutdown at the moment you submit the request.
  • End of billing period: request closure at the end of the paid term shown for the service, subject to the applicable service terms.

Review the date and the option shown in your account before submitting. Save the information you need from the service before its closure; cancellation or termination may remove access to the service and its data. Do not assume a provider backup or restore point is available.

If you made a mistake, contact support promptly. Whether a request can still be withdrawn depends on whether it has already been processed.

Cancellation and refunds are separate requests

Fasting Host's seven-day refund guarantee covers newly purchased services as described in the refund and cancellation policy. If you want a refund, explicitly request one through your client area or support channel. A cancellation selection alone is not a refund request.

Review any existing invoices and payment arrangements. If a recurring payment agreement is involved, check its status with the provider and support. Cancelling a payment agreement alone does not cancel the underlying hosting service or settle an existing invoice.

Domain auto-renewal is separate from hosting

Open Domains → My Domains, select the relevant domain and review the renewal settings available for it. Disabling auto-renewal does not cancel hosting, delete the domain immediately or automatically resolve an already issued invoice.

Check the expiry date and complete any renewal or transfer you want before the applicable deadline. Transfer restrictions, post-expiry periods and recovery availability depend on the extension and registrar. Use the domain renewal guide and domain policy for details.

Keep related services connected

Before ending hosting, decide where your website, email, databases and DNS will move. A separately registered domain or paid SSL certificate has its own term and renewal process. Ask support if you need help identifying which services are affected.

For account-control checks, use the existing authenticated account and approved support process. Never send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents in a support ticket.
