OPTIONAL PAID SSL · RAPIDSSL · GEOTRUST · DIGICERT

HTTPS included. More choice when you need it.

Our cPanel hosting includes free automatic SSL. Need a particular certificate brand, verified business identity or wildcard package? Compare optional paid certificates with clear validation requirements and service terms.

Free SSL comes first. Paid SSL is your choice.

INCLUDED WITH CPANEL HOSTING

Automatic HTTPS for eligible domains.

Free AutoSSL issues and renews domain-validated certificates for eligible websites on our cPanel hosting. Your DNS and website must allow the certificate authority to verify domain control. No paid SSL purchase is required for ordinary HTTPS.

OPTIONAL, SEPARATELY PRICED

Choose around your project's requirements.

Paid SSL offers a choice of certificate brands, validation levels and confirmed package features. Organization validation (OV) and extended validation (EV) add company checks; wildcard packages address eligible subdomain coverage.

Both free and paid certificates can support encrypted HTTPS. Paying more does not by itself create stronger encryption, lower latency or higher Google rankings. What matters is suitable coverage, a valid trust chain and correct TLS configuration.

Our Cloud VPS is self-managed. You choose and configure the server's certificate and renewal tools, or ask about assistance. cPanel hosting's AutoSSL inclusion does not install HTTPS on every unmanaged VPS application.

The right validation. The right coverage.

Domain validation · DV

Verify control of your chosen domain or hostname. A practical option for websites, blogs and applications, including encrypted sign-ins and transactions when TLS is configured correctly.

Organization validation · OV

Add an organization check to domain-control validation. Choose OV when your business or project needs validated company details in the certificate.

Compare OV certificates ↗

Extended validation · EV

Additional organization and authorization checks for eligible businesses. Certificate details can identify the validated organization; browsers decide how those details appear.

Wildcard coverage

Plan for subdomains at one level, such as app.example.com and shop.example.com. A wildcard does not automatically cover nested names like a.b.example.com. Check the package and issued SANs for apex, www and other coverage.

An EV certificate does not create a green browser address bar or guarantee a website's content is safe. Public TLS certificates appear in Certificate Transparency logs: domain names and, for OV/EV, validated organization details may be publicly searchable.

A clear path from order to installation.

  1. Choose a certificate and paid term. The live catalog shows available products, currency and total prices. One-, two- and three-year paid service terms are separate from each issued certificate's validity.
  2. Complete the issuer's checks. Follow an available DNS, HTTP/file or email method to prove domain control. OV and EV may also require business records and an authorized contact. Issuance time depends on successful validation.
  3. Install the issued certificate. Eligible connected cPanel hosting can use WHMCS automation. Other servers may need a certificate signing request (CSR) and manual installation. Keep private keys on your server and out of ordinary support messages.
  4. Keep it valid throughout your paid term. Shorter certificate lifetimes mean revalidation, reissuance and installation may be required during a multi-year plan. Follow client-area instructions and expiry notices; automation depends on the hosting environment and successful checks.

Your SSL questions, answered.

Do I need paid SSL with Fasting Host cPanel hosting?

No. Eligible cPanel-hosted websites already receive free AutoSSL when DNS and domain-validation requirements are met. Paid SSL is an optional separate purchase for a particular brand, validation level or confirmed package feature.

Is a three-year SSL plan one certificate that lasts three years?

No. The paid service term and each issued certificate's validity are different. Certificates may need revalidation, reissuance and installation during the term to meet current issuer and browser requirements.

Can I buy SSL without identity checks?

All certificates require domain-control validation. OV and EV also require organization checks and may need supporting documents. Our no-routine-government-ID approach to ordinary hosting and VPS signup does not waive certificate-authority or payment-provider requirements.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency or a card?

Yes. Supported cryptocurrencies are processed through NOWPayments, and eligible cards through Amazon Pay with an Amazon account. Availability and provider checks apply. See our payment guide.

Does the seven-day refund guarantee cover paid SSL?

Yes. Our guarantee covers every newly purchased Fasting Host service for seven days from initial activation. Request a refund through your client area or support. See the billing policy for processing and cancellation details.

The annual two-free-month offer applies to VPS and cPanel hosting, not SSL certificate terms. Any issuer warranty follows the selected product's terms and is not general data-breach insurance. Read our SSL Certificate Policy and Privacy Notice.
