Review your domain before its expiry date
Open your domains in the client area and check the domain status, expiry information and renewal options shown for that extension. Confirm that the registration contact email is current so important registry and verification messages can reach you.
Understand renewal billing
Registration, transfer and renewal prices can differ. Check the current renewal charge and term before confirming a renewal. Domain terms are separate from the two-month annual discount offered on Cloud VPS and cPanel hosting.
An auto-renew preference is not proof that payment or registry renewal has completed. Keep invoices and account details current, and verify the resulting domain status. Do not leave important renewals until the final day.
Expired or restricted domain?
Grace periods, redemption availability and restoration charges depend on the extension, registrar and domain status. Contact support promptly with the domain name so its current options can be checked. Recovery is not guaranteed simply because a domain previously belonged to your account.

Check recovery charges before expiry
The live domain price list publishes configured recovery surcharges separately from normal renewal charges. A zero recovery surcharge does not make renewal free. Recovery is handled through support and depends on the domain status, extension and registrar. Ask support about any extension without a quoted recovery fee before relying on recovery.
